Yeast Summative Lab

Each flask contained 100 ml of water, measured with a graduated cylinder, and 2 grams of yeast. One flask also had 10 grams of sugar added to the flask. Both were allowed to sit and be kept warm until a reaction could occur. These photos are the "after" photos. When set up both flasks looked like the flask without sugar.

Data:
Starting mass with sugar = 226 g, ending mass with sugar = 225 g
Starting mass without sugar = 198 g, ending mass without sugar = 198 g

This is the lab set up with the flask without sugar on the scale
